September - Berka, Brittany and Brian, Lauren and Jesse, Teresa and Roger, Taraky and John

September was a month of weddings and parties galore! Here is our review of each event, as well as some pictures we wanted to share with everyone!

September 6th at Grace Hall:

Berka Engagement Ceremony - The Berka engagement ceremony was unlike anything else we've done here at Mathews Manor! It was such a beautiful event! Guests were dressed in traditional Indian attire, and enjoyed a colorful Indian ceremony,

celebrating the engagement of the future Bride and Groom. The guests dined on a lavish buffet of Indian style dishes, such as Papri Chat, Malai Chicken, Sag Paneer, and many others! After the ceremony, the Bride's sisters performed an energetic and fun dance on the stage, to honor their engagement. We were sure to take pictures, so click here to visit our album!

September 11th at Rebecca Gardens:
Tool Party Luau for Brittany and Brian - Brittany and Brian's Tool Party Luau was a big hit! Guests dined on a decorative display of Hawaiian themed foods, drank deliciously prepared Hawaiian coctails, and danced to the music of the Famed Martini Shakers! It was a great night of fun and entertainment!

September 19th at Rebecca Gardens:

Lauren and Jesse's Wedding and Reception - The ceremony was outdoors, and turned out beautifully. It was such a sweet, intimate setting! Guests enjoyed a gorgeous buffet of some of Mathews Manor's most delicious specialties : Fresh cut fruit, an Olive, Pickle, and Cheese display, homemade tea sandwiches, Cheesy Spinach dip, and homemade chicken fingers! Lauren and Jesse also opted for a Ham carving station, which the guests loved. Overall, this event was certainly one they'll always remember!

September 20th at Rebecca Gardens:

Teresa and Roger's Wedding and Reception- Teresa and Roger had a lovely day-time wedding in our Gardens. The weather was a little cloudy, but that didn't stop everyone from having a wonderful time! Everything went smoothly, and the guests enjoyed a fun-filled day of celebration. The buffet was delicious, and included suffed mushrooms, a turkey carving station, and a potato bar, as well as a coffee station complete with homemade biscotti! September 26th at Rebecca Gardens:

Taraky and John's Wedding and Reception- Taraky and John had a beautiful outdoor ceremony. It was a very successful turnout, and each guest seemed to have a wonderful time. The guests enjoyed an elegant display of some of our most delicious buffet style favorites! The set up included Coconut Shrimp with Orange Glaze, Chicken Fingers with sauce, freshly chopped garden veggies, and a Fruit display. A favorite for every guest was the amazing Fiesta Bar buffet! The fiesta bar included a "make your own Fajita" section, which had sauteed onions and peppers, fajita chicken, taco beef, cheese, sour cream, and even chips and salsa.
