The weekend of August 28th - 29th was a busy one for Mathews Manor. There were a total of four weddings and receptions! All were very beautiful, and we'd like to share with you the details from these special days!
August 28th - Friday
Crystal and Chris were lucky enough to get married in Mathews Manor's beautiful new venue. This lovely area is located just across the street from the main house, and is a large, beautiful meadow. Lush greenery created a natural backdrop. A magnificent tree surrounded by a marvelous stone stage held the ceremony. This area is now open to be booked for weddings! August 29th - Saturday
Sarah and Kevin were married in Grace Hall. They had a lovely ceremony and reception. They treated guests to Mathews Manor catering - Pigs in a Blanket, Mexican Dip, Chicken Fingers, as well as a potato bar and an Ice Cream Sundae bar!
Nadin and Ryan were married outdoors at Rebecca Gardens, under our beautiful gazebo. They had a lovely, intimate ceremony. The reception was indoors at the gardens, and featured a wide array of delicious foods: homemade chicken fingers, spinach dip, chicken salad croissants, and even a breakfast bar with biscuits, scrambled eggs and grits. August 30th - Sunday
Carrie and John were also married at Rebecca Gardens. They had a sweet little outdoor wedding. There was a little rain, but that didn't stop this couple from having a good time, and a beautiful ceremony under the pavillion! They had a lovely indoor reception with Fresh Fruit, Spinach Dip, homemade chicken fingers, and an assortment of cheese and olives.
